Reports are customised documents that present job and waste data in structured formats (where enabled).

Why reports exist

  • Customer documentation

  • Compliance and audit records

  • Operational analysis

  • Clear summaries of waste activities

How reports work

  1. Report templates
Reusable designs created by platform administrators. Templates define layout, sections, formatting, and may include branding.

  2. Report generation
A template is run for a specific context and pulls current data into a report. Reports can be exported to PDF (if enabled).

Context types

  • JOB (most common for customer reporting)

  • CUSTOMER (aggregates across a customer’s jobs)

  • SITE (internal/compliance site reporting)

Where to access reports

  • Job Details → Generate Report

  • Customer Details → Generate Report

  • Reports page → browse and run templates

Permissions

Users can run reports if reporting is enabled for the site. Only platform administrators can create/edit templates.
