Job collection reports document waste collected for a specific job.

What these reports usually include

  • Job summary (reference, customer, origin, status, dates)

  • Waste items table (codes, estimated vs actual, units, tracking codes)

  • Collection details (run, driver, vehicle, notes)

  • Totals/metrics (weight, volume, item counts)

  • Receival/sign-off (where applicable)

  • Dangerous goods section (if applicable)

How to generate a job report

  1. Open the job

  2. Click Generate Report

  3. Choose a JOB template

  4. Review results

  5. Export to PDF (if enabled)

Note

Reports show the current data at the time of generation. Re-run after updates for the latest view.
