How to Edit, Archive, or Delete a Customer

Editing

You can update:

  • Contact details

  • Address details

  • Billing details

  • Preferences

  • Notes

  • Active/archived status

What can’t be changed

  • Customer ID cannot be changed

  • Organisation and site are set at creation

Deleting customers

  • Only possible if the customer has no jobs

  • If deletion is required but jobs exist, contact support

Best practices

  • Keep phone/email current

  • Use notes for gate codes, access info, and site conditions

  • Archive inactive customers rather than deleting
