A customer site is a collection location: address, contacts, and notes for where your team performs work.
Add a site
Open the customer from the customers list.
Add a new site with title, address, and contact details.
Enter driver notes for anything field staff must know (access hours, PPE, induction).
Optionally set days available for collection to document when the customer accepts pickups.
Using sites on jobs
When you create a job, you select the customer and which site is the collection point. Job contacts can override the default site contact for a single job.
Multiple sites per customer
Use separate sites for branches, warehouses, or different addresses under the same customer legal entity. Each site can have its own driver notes and collection preferences.
