WasteConnect helps you package completed jobs into invoices for your customers. It does not process card payments or store customer payment methods.
When you see Invoices
Invoices appears in the sidebar when your site has invoicing enabled. Drivers do not see this menu.
Building blocks
Jobs with sales items (charge lines) and completed work
Customers with billing groups (who to bill and how jobs group)
Optional billing integration (for example Xero) under Settings → Organisation
Ready for billing
The invoices page lists billing groups that have completed jobs ready to invoice. Search by customer, site, job reference, or billing group name.
What WasteConnect does not do
Take payment from your customer's card or bank
Replace your accounting system's general ledger
Export or sync invoices to your connected billing system when configured.
