When your organisation connects Xero (or another supported billing integration), you can send invoice data from WasteConnect to your accounting system.
Connect billing integration
Organisation admins configure the connection under Settings → Organisation → General (billing integration). Follow the prompts to authorise Xero for your organisation.
Export an invoice
Open the invoice from the invoices list.
Use Export to Xero (or the label shown for your integration).
Confirm mapping and status in Xero.
If export fails, check that customer and item mappings in Xero match your WasteConnect billing setup.
Scope
WasteConnect prepares invoice data; payment collection and reconciliation remain in Xero (or your finance process).
