My Profile holds your personal user settings in WasteConnect. Every signed-in user can open it. Organisation and site configuration live under separate settings entries in the sidebar.
Open My Profile
Expand Settings in the sidebar and choose My Profile.
Profile details
Your full name and email address are shown on the page. Select Edit Profile to update:
First and last name
Email address (where your organisation allows self-service email changes)
Login homepage URL override - optional personal landing page after sign-in. If you leave this as the default, WasteConnect uses your organisation’s Login homepage URL from Settings → Organisation → General.
Security
When your organisation uses email and password sign-in through WasteConnect, a Security section appears on My Profile:
Change password - update your sign-in password
Authenticator app (MFA) - set up, view, or remove time-based one-time password (TOTP) MFA for your account
If your organisation requires MFA, you must complete authenticator setup before you can use the rest of the product. A banner at the top of My Profile reminds you until MFA is configured.
Organisation membership
If your user account belongs to more than one organisation, My Profile shows an Organisation Membership section listing each organisation and your role there.
The organisation you are working in now is marked Current.
For any other organisation, select Switch to this organisation to make it your active organisation.
Switching updates your default organisation for WasteConnect. Jobs, customers, settings, and other data are scoped to the organisation you have selected. After you switch, choose a site again in the sidebar if your sites differ between organisations.
You only see this section when you have multiple memberships.
What you do not change here
Organisation details, billing integration, customer email policies, and user invites - Settings → Organisation (admins)
Site vehicles, catalogues, and site members - Settings → Site (organisation admins, with the correct site selected)
